About

I am a registered, qualified Therapist, Family Practitioner and Wellbeing Coach, working in Bristol and the surrounding areas, and for now, online in accordance with current Covid 19 lockdown restrictions.

I am experienced in working with domestic abuse, fostering and adoption, therapy in education settings, targeted cultural work with children and young people and primary caregivers and family systems. I adopt a holistic approach to working, considering how the systems (familial, community, political, environmental and cultural) around my clients informs their state of being, proactively, passively, directly and indirectly.

My personal interest in digital technology, soundscape production, blue and green health interventions, has led me to incorporate there beneficial elements to further develop and enhance my services to support somatic and sensory integration based interventions.

The facilitation of compassionate open conversations about mental health and well-being seems critical, now more than ever. We all have mental health and a sense of well-being, what sets us apart is the fluctuation of our mental health and well-being in response to life experiences, events and our ability and capacity to find our way back from adversity.

I am passionate about delivering therapy that truly meets the needs of my clients living in around the Bristol community – considering inclusive, diverse and culturally appropriate practice using integrative approaches in contemporary, progressive therapies.

I believe in transparency and providing clients with every opportunity to understand the services I am offering and making clear informed decisions around what might work best for them.
